If I am not available or you are not able to call during those hours, leave your name, a phone number, and the best time to reach you and I will return your call as soon as I can. I do not charge any fee for an initial phone consultation about your case, as long as you are serious about retaining an attorney and contact me about a type of case that I am currently accepting. Please note that my practice at this time is focused on family-based, consular processing visas; I am not currently accepting cases that deal with employment-based visas, or family-based visas where the applicant is already here and entered the U.S. illegally. Due to the number of inquiries I routinely receive, if you contact me and either are not serious about retaining an attorney or are contacting me about a type of visa I do not currently accept, I will not be able to respond to your inquiry.
