My immigration practice is focused on family-based, consular processing visas. I do not accept cases that deal with employment-based visas, family-based visas where the intending immigrant is already here and entered the U.S. illegally, removal (deportation) cases, or cases where the intending sponsor has a significant criminal history involving violence. If you contact me and either are not serious about retaining an attorney or are contacting me about a type of visa or case I do not currently accept, I will not be able to respond to your inquiry.
